Blinky Palermo@DIA Beacon

I didn't get anything out of this piece. It's titled:"To the People of New York City' by Blinky Palermo. It was his last work before he died. It's a 15 part work comprising 39 individual paintings. I just wanted to post and see if anyone else remembers seeing this work.
